xcode is based on llvm-gcc, which btw is deprecated. The compilation
of libev bails out with:

We work around it by undefining __llvm__ which makes ev.c trust
gcc-llvm's advertised gcc version.

used internally but no longer advised or advertised

rename : greentest/test_hub_shutdown.py => greentest/test_hub_join.py

this adds 'kqueue' to the list of supported backends on Mac OS X
Also, redirect configure's output to a file.

- this can be overriden by passing update=True to start() method
- again() method is updated as well
