- it deprecates with_timeout.py, parse_results.py, generate_report.py and record_results.py

 - event (use gevent.event.Event)
 - execute (use gevent.spawn(...).get())
 - Queue and channel (use gevent.queue.Queue)

 - add docstrings for functions
 - move the examples from module's __doc__ into the functions' docstrings

 - evdns no longer does inet_XtoY transformations; its API accepts packed_ips and returns packed_ips
 - functions no longer accept *args to pass to the callback
 - do not depend on netinet/in.h, sys/socket.h, arpa/inet.h - for Windows' sake
