Merge branch 'sstanovnik-openssh_fix' into 'master'

Fix generating SSH key fingerprints with OpenSSH 6.8.

Replaces https://github.com/gitlabhq/gitlabhq/pull/9008.

Fixes gitlab-org/gitlab-ce#1289.
