Merge branch 'fix-label-color' into 'master'

Parse GFM references after sanitizing

Parse GFM references - labels, issues, MRs, etc. - after calling the HTML Pipeline `SanitizationFilter` so that we can use non-whitelisted attributes like `style`.  See #2188.
