go/types: fix bad printf verbs

This fixes the following vet warnings:

go/types/builtins.go:437: arg call for printf verb %s of wrong type: *go/ast.CallExpr
go/types/builtins.go:598: arg call for printf verb %s of wrong type: *go/ast.CallExpr
