The PCM mixer elements in HP T5735 model of ALC262 codec conflict
with Speaker and Headphone volumes.  They should be removed.
Ditto for LineOut that is identical with Speaker.
Also, fixed/cleaned up the auto-mute callback to use the amp cache
correctly.
