Commit 0a3f91b4aa15 ("net: ethernet: xilinx: Mark XILINX_LL_TEMAC broken
on 64-bit") from the 4.4.115 stable update disables the module for 64-bit
PPC builds because it's broken, so remove it from the list of included
modules.
