Add the following additional dependencies for CRYPTO_DEV_KEEMBAY_OCS_HCU:

- HAS_IOMEM to prevent build failures

- ARCH_KEEMBAY to prevent asking the user about this driver when
  configuring a kernel without Intel Keem Bay platform support.
