rtl8xxxu: Rename rtl8723au_iqk_phy_iq_bb_reg

There is nothing 8723au specific about rtl8723au_iqk_phy_iq_bb_reg so
rename the array to rtl8xxxu_iqk_phy_iq_bb_reg.
