mlx4: Use snprintf instead of complicated strcpy

This fixes a compilation warning in sysfs.c

drivers/infiniband/hw/mlx4/sysfs.c:360:2: warning: 'strncpy' output may be

[-Wstringop-truncation]

By eliminating the temporary stack buffer.
