[POWERPC] macintosh/windfarm: Fix platform driver hotplug/coldplug

Since 43cc71ee, the platform modalias
is prefixed with "platform:".  Add MODULE_ALIAS() to the hotpluggable
"macintosh" platform drivers, to re-enable auto loading.
