wifi: remove orphaned wl3501 driver

Planet WL3501 is another PCMCIA driver for pre-802.11b interfaces
(2Mbit/s) with incomplete CFG80211 support.

This was marked as orphaned in 2017 but has been unmaintained
for a long time before that.
