UBUNTU: [Config] ignore retpoline checks for i386

Retpoline files for i386 are empty for the previous ABIs. It has been
fixed by commit "UBUNTU: [Packaging] retpoline-extract -- instantiate
retpoline files for i386". So ignore the check from the previous ABI
files.
