[PATCH] various spelling fixes

This provides the following spelling fixes.

 posible  -> possible
 messsage -> message
 reqeuest -> request
 exeption -> exception
 seqeunce -> sequence
 loggger  -> logger
 resposible -> responsible
 qeueu    -> queue
 microsecnds -> microseconds
 positiion -> position
 feilds    -> fields
