kasan: rename CONFIG_TEST_KASAN_MODULE

Rename CONFIG_TEST_KASAN_MODULE to CONFIG_KASAN_MODULE_TEST.

This naming is more consistent with the existing CONFIG_KASAN_KUNIT_TEST.
