Staging: kpc2000: kpc_dma: Resolve warning Missing blank line after declarations & labels not to be indented.

This patch resloves below warnings reported by checkpath in kpc_dma
WARNING: Missing a blank line after declarations
WARNING: labels should not be indented
CHECK: Please don't use multiple blank lines
CHECK: Please use a blank line after function/struct/union/enum
