drm/i915: Write AVI infoframes for Parade LSPCON

Different LSPCON vendors specify their custom methods to pass
AVI infoframes to the LSPCON chip, so does Parade tech.

This patch adds functions to arrange and write AVI infoframes
into Parade LSPCON chips.
