dt-bindings: display: bridge: parade,ps8622: convert to dtschema

Convert the Parade PS8622/PS8625 DisplayPort to LVDS Converter bindings
to DT schema.  Changes during conversion: add missing vdd12-supply, used
by Linux driver.
