scripts/gdb: fix lx-timerlist for HRTIMER_MAX_CLOCK_BASES printing

HRTIMER_MAX_CLOCK_BASES is of enum type hrtimer_base_type. To print it as
an integer, HRTIMER_MAX_CLOCK_BASES should be converted first.
