powerpc/perf: Cap 64bit userspace backtraces to PERF_MAX_STACK_DEPTH

We cap 32bit userspace backtraces to PERF_MAX_STACK_DEPTH
(currently 127), but we forgot to do the same for 64bit backtraces.
