Bluetooth: btrtl: Ignore error return for hci_devcd_register()

If CONFIG_DEV_COREDUMP was not set, it would return -EOPNOTSUPP for
hci_devcd_register().
In this commit, ignore error return for hci_devcd_register().
Otherwise Bluetooth initialization will be failed.
