pinctrl: renesas: Rename SH_PFC_PIN_GROUP{,_ALIAS} args

Rename the arguments of the SH_PFC_PIN_GROUP_ALIAS() and
SH_PFC_PIN_GROUP() macros, to better reflect their purposes.
