staging/hfi1: add per SDMA engine stats to hfistats

Added the following per sdma engine stats:
  - SendDmaDescFetchedCnt
  - software maintained count of SDMA interrupts
	 (SDmaInt, SDmaIdleInt, SDmaProgressInt)
  - software maintained counts of SDMA error cases
