- Jim adds the ability for ARCH_BRCMSTB to use reset controllers

- Doug adds the ability for ARCH_BRCMSTB to use the PINCTRL framework

- Florian enables the use of the BCM7038 Level 1 interrupt controller
  for ARCH_BRCMSTB
