spi: fix spi-at91-usart.c build errors when PINCTRL is not set

Fix build errors when CONFIG_PINCTRL is not enabled.
The header file <linux/pinctrl/consumer.h> handles both CONFIG_PINCTRL
enabled and disabled cases.
