s390/cpum_sf: Use variable name cpuhw consistently

All functions but setup_pmc_cpu() use a local variable named
cpuhw to refer to struct cpu_hw_sf.
In setup_pmc_cpu() rename variable cpusf to cpuhw. This makes
the naming scheme consistent with all other functions.
No functional change.
