Revert "ACPICA: Namespace: Fix namespace/interpreter lock ordering"

Revert commit 45209046 (ACPICA: Namespace: Fix namespace/interpreter
lock ordering) that renders Dell Precision 5510 with the latest (1.2.10)
BIOS applied unable to boot.
