staging/lustre/obdclass: Remove unused functions from genops.c

These functions are mostly used on the server.

class_uuid2obd, get_devices_count, class_obd_list, class_conn2obd,
class_conn2cliimp, class_connected_export, obd_exports_barrier,
kuc_* (kernel-userspace communications).
