selftests/bpf: Migrate sendmsg deny test cases

This set of tests checks that sendmsg calls are rejected (return -EPERM)
when the sendmsg* hook returns 0. Replace those in bpf/test_sock_addr.c
with corresponding tests in prog_tests/sock_addr.c.
