HID: wiimote: Add Nintendo Wii Remote driver stub

Add stub driver for the Nintendo Wii Remote. The wii remote uses
the HID protocol to communicate with the host over bluetooth. Hence,
add dependency for HIDP and place driver in hid subsystem.
