PARPORT_EPP_FAST flag currently uses 32-bit I/O port access for data read/write (insl/outsl). Add PARPORT_EPP_FAST_16 and PARPORT_EPP_FAST_8 that use insw/outsw and insb/outsb (and PARPORT_EPP_FAST_32 as alias for PARPORT_EPP_FAST). It is preferred to use typed property access functions (i.e. of_property_read_<type> functions) rather than low-level of_get_property/of_find_property functions for reading properties. As part of this, convert of_get_property/of_find_property calls to the recently added of_property_present() helper when we just want to test for presence of a property and nothing more. The Freescale QorIQ AHCI SATA controller is only present on Freescale Layerscape SoCs. Add platform dependencies to the AHCI_QORIQ config symbol, to avoid asking the user about it when configuring a kernel without Layerscape support.
