libmysql/Makefile.shared:
   - clean up the vio_* and ctype-* symlinks that are created by link_source
     (thanks to Christian Hammers from Debian for the patch)
strings/Makefile.am:
   - remove ctype_autonf.c on "make distclean" (it's generated by "configure")
