FC3 fix


sql/ha_ndbcluster.cc:
  Fixed merge problem, that occured when m_ndb where removed. 
  Fix fo FC3 compile problem.
BitKeeper/etc/logging_ok:
  Logging to logging@openlogging.org accepted
