Port to SCO OpenServer 6. May require running ./configure with

--build=i686-unknown-sysv5SCO_SV6.0.0

  Remove unnecessary define -- configure should define HAVE_NONPOSIX_SIGWAIT
configure.in:
  Update checks for SCO threading libraries to handle OpenServer 6
  Remove redundant OpenUNIX 8 checks
  Pass --build option through to bdb's configure
