EXPLAIN FORMAT=JSON : Fix MDEV-7266, bug in pretty-printer

- Single_line_formatting_helper should not accidentally exit the
  DISABLED state. No JSON construct should be able to move the
  Single_line_formatting_helper from DISABLED state.
