Bug#13417440 : 63340: ARCHIVE FILE IO NOT INSTRUMENTED

      
Details:
 - Archive storage engine file access were not instrumented and thus
   were not shown in PS tables.
      
Fix:
 - Added instrumentation code by using PS Apis for I/O.
