fix in ucs2 charset

Added THD to add_to_xxx_list() functions for faster parsing.

This had to be done now, before the 4.1 tree changes to much, to make it easy to propagate bug fixes to the 4.1 tree.

Added missing mutex_unlock to slave replication code.

Fixes after last merge from 4.0.
(Code not yet complete, need anoter merge from 4.0)

SELECT func(charset2) FROM t ORDER BY 1 works in correct charset
