Add missing option on local http server
fix start of http server (address already in use)

On the UI we don't want to see infinity tickets, only the most relevant for the computers and hosting subscriptions.

slapos_monitoring_ui_test: fix test class name and make local monitor backend server for serve files

Sort the resuld to keep some states sorted on top of the listbox. This helps on visualize the problems on a more easily.
