- The script were using "/erp5/web_page_module" to access the modules instead use clever API.

Initial test is to make sure Test Page is indexed and returned using getDocumentValue API.

Delivery_splitAndDefer is already taking care of updating applied rule, and
does it better - with using tag.

This creates non attached expand activities which just consumes CPU for nothing.

In order to have sane time for test results (less then 72 hours)
