This replace using slappartition name which is better.
Due to uuid4, collision probability is very low.

This is now provided by slapgrid-sr itself. There's no need to compile
it for the software (since it's not possible to compile it as non-root).

This is required in order to compile lxc.

This is needed in order to compile libcap2 which is required by LXC.
