add Crypt::SSLeay as a complex module with its own buildout.cfg,
including paths to OpenSSL and libz.
Needs to use CPAN configuration, only compatible with slapos.recipe.build
revision ae7dda8 or later.

Apache-Perl: compile mod_apreq2 and the Perl module Apache2::Request;
Mioga: include simple modules like Date::Perl.

This needs a recent version of the CPAN recipe to work!
(starting with commit 018da2d)

"Mioga" is right now just a tiny "Hello World", written by mod_perl.
