Update package and change source_url to specific version instead of
latest stable archive to reduce maintenance workload.

acpica is a set of tools for working with ACPI power management on both
32-bit and 64-bit Intel systems. It includes the Intel iASL compiler.

Tested on ARM.

Update libtinfo package

Add CREW_MAN_PREFIX and CREW_DEST_MAN_PREFIX constants

This wasn't very useful; my patch wasn't exactly the greatest and it broke things inside the package. I doubt that it works, so just remove it. Not sure the policy to avoid breaking current installations, but it's unlikely that anybody installed it besides me.

I think these .jars were only intended to be demos anyway and the real use for this package was the library that it provides. I don't want this depending on any of my files so remove it.

This file has rotten over time; it no longer works and it depends on some old files of mine, so remove it.
