Add pre-built binaries

Updating libusbmuxd required an updated libplist package which it
depends on (included). This release also doesn't build properly with out
clang/llvm package (switched to GCC). We need to get clang working as
the gcc-built version doesn't support some features for fuzzing.

Tested on ARM.

Janet is a functional and imperative programming language and bytecode
interpreter. It is a modern lisp, but replaces lists with other data
structures that provide better utility and performance (arrays, tables,
structs, tuples).

In addition to updating the package, building from source now works on
aarch64-based Chromebooks.

Tested on Samsung Chromebook Plus v1.

This replaces the hardcoded sha384 checksum for the installer to use the
sha384 checksum provided by the upstream project. Their packaging
guidelines recommend this as the preferred way of validating the
integrity of the installer. This removes the need to constantly update
our package when they make changes to the installer.
