Zope 2.12 uses the python2.6 built-in expat which, when combined with our custom
export of unicode objects was causing UnicodeDecodeErrors.

In the future, we need to push all these xml import fixes upstream.

* Fix Sale and PurchaseOrder_view/listbox_quantity_unit  to show empty drop-down list if the line does not have any resource. This fix makes Delivery and Line  consistence of quantity_unit displaying.

* use accessor in SolverDecision_getConfigurationUrl, because now SolverTypeInformation uses Configurable property sheet.

Added External Method for setup DummyMailHost at the instance. Updated MailHost_reportMessageList to get as plan text all Mails that should be sent by the instance.

With this change, it can be possible replace MailHost into test instance or cloned instance for test propose, this will prevent flood Mail Boxes or Mailing list with activities failure messages which does not comes from production.
