ERP5Type_getSecurityCategoryMapping is needed by...

ERP5Type_getSecurityCategoryMapping is needed by erp5_administration/Base_viewSecurityMappingAsUser but was only provided by erp5_dms. Provide a simpler but still meaningful version in erp5_core (requested by Seb).
