Modify crew to add postinstall function

Change libmp3lame to make it work on i686.

Change expect to increment version number.

Change valgrind.rb to make it work on arm

Change ctorrent.rb dependencies

I forgot to increment it at #1078 and it may cause upgrade problem.

Change scrollz to disable the use of termcap library

Changes to use lib64 on x86_64

Change pacparser.rb to install files through CREW_DEST_DIR.

Also Add -j1 flag to make to avoid race condition.
