Add bc dependency

Screenfetch doesn't work properly unless we install our version of bc.

If readline is installed from Chromebrew the stock version of bc starts
throwing errors related to libreadline.

Disable MPI assembler modules for ARMv8

The included MPI assembler code doesn't work for the ARMv8 processor in
the Samsung Chromebook Plus (and possibly others). Until upstream adds
support for these processors they must be disabled for the package to
build properly.

In the future support will probably be added for these processors
enabling us to re-enable support for MPI ASM modules.

Adding tree dependency to pass

The pass program requires tree to list the stored passwords correctly.

Add iperf3 package

iPerf3 is a tool for active measurements of the maximum achievable bandwidth on
IP networks.

Tested as working on Samsung Chromebook Plus (ARMv8).
