Test for dependency cycle

Sudo check is done as early in the code as possible.

The `${VAR:-/some/path}` will use the path on the right side if the variable on the left side is null or empty (ie if the user didn't set it).

miniupnpc is a lightweight upnp client library. Added as a prereq for bitcoin.

shhopt contains C-functions for parsing command line options.

Shhmsg is a collection of C-functions for error messages, verbose messages and
`normal' messages in terminalbased programs.

Tested as working on XE500C13-K01US. Added as a dependency for `banner`.

Scheme48 is a Scheme byte-code interpreter.

Tested as working on XE500C13-K01US.

Also changed the homepage to a more relevant one.
