Rename old VulnerabilitiesFinder to
VulnerabilityFindingsFinder because it finds
Occurrences (Findings in new terminology) and
update its usages. Add new VulnerabilitiesFinder
that finds Vulnerabilities of a Project and
respects the pagination of results.
