Prior this commit, Cop/StaticTranslationDefinition would flag the
following code:

    SomeClass = Struct.new do
      def text
        _('Some translated text')
      end
    end

This commit allow such style again so workarounds are not longer needed
like:

    Struct.new('SomeClass') do
      def text
        _('Some translated text')
      end
    end
